Accredited Dieticians join HealthShare panel

Accredited Dieticians, Arlene Normand (right) and Milena Katz (bottom left) are set to offer their advice on various weight management topics when they serve on a panel as part of HealthShare, a new online social health network.

HealthShare offers a space where members can connect with others sharing similar health experiences or interests, and access information from trusted Australian health organisations.

Members in the weight management community can connect with the panel, post questions, comment and follow their advice.

“Knowing you do not have to go it alone on your weight issues is a relief,” said Normand. “Being able to enlist the support from both professionals and the social media will encourage your efforts and keep you going when your motivation flags. Sometimes support might not be forthcoming from those closest to you, which makes the HealthShare weight management community extremely beneficial.”
